I actually do that! I try to have a large breakfast and then have a small piece of lean meat with veggies for dinner. Good tip!

How many grams of carbs are in it bob, how about you tell us that? How many grams of sugar?? I think the fiber info is irrelevant if theres a crapton of sugar in it.

I'm sort of tired of seeing ally's boobs every week too.  its not fair, i want boobs like that.

You can have her boobs, I want to lose that much weight in a week. They get so disappointed over 5 "measley" lbs. Ive been struggling to lose that much for the past TWO FREAKING MONTHS. so screwed up.
