Anywho, did you hear my yelling that I was coming over last night?  I accidently went the wrong way on the Red Hill and ended up on the Niagara bound QEW.  I shouted out to you that I was on my way, but then had to turn around, sorry if that bummed you out.

I heard something lastnight but I couldnt tell if it was my ipod on in my purse or not! I always forget to turn that thing off. Glad to know im not going crazy and it was just you!!

Good.  We're getting somewhat settled.  Derek's itching to start tearing down walls.

I'll be attacking the fugly wall paper border over the break, and I thik we're planning on trying to get the main floor bathroom reno done before the house warming.  On Jan 23rd.  It's going to be a buuuusy month.

Ive been roped into doing all the food shopping for christmas dinner so I have to pop out to costco. If I survive I will be back shortly.

It's a 2 piece now, so we're going to add in a shower, that way when we re-do the main bathroom upstairs we'll at least have a working shower.

Currently, it's this fugly mess.



We replaced the bulbs with CFL's so it's more "blue" but the panelling is outta there soon.

I'm thinking some sort of natural stone/stone looking tile in the shower, maybe glass doors, a somewhat fancy sink...  I need to look at more pictures.

We picked up a bunch of replica pottery when we were in Greece, so this might be the "Greek" bathroom, so we'll likely play off the blues/browns sort of theme.

Oh yeah, I'm also off for the day, so I hope you survived Costco, you are a braver soul than I.  Mind you, I'm also planning on going to Limeridge tonight... ::shudder::

I survived costco... barely. I went into a fit of rage trying to put all the groceries away since the freezer is so jam packed full of bullshit I had to completely reorganize the thing in order to still have room to set my truffles tonight. I actually screamed at the top of my lungs I got so mad when stuff started falling out. *sigh*

I think the greek Idea sounds great, with the glass and the pottery and such. I love the shelf rail in the bathroom idea you have, if you did that you could get rid of that tiny shelf above the toilet.
