I just found out that my churched booked me for the wrong date. My date is December 31st and they booked me for the 30th. And because there is a 1st night celebration at the church on the 31st its already booked.... Unfortunately, there was no contract signed. Because of the date I have chosen and the short notice in time. There is literally no place for me to have a wedding ceremony that will accomodate the number of guest I am expecting.
I havent sent invitations just save the dates. I am not worried about the vendor issue. They have all agreed to switch my date with little to no fuss.
My question is what is the best way to tell guest Ive changed the date. Should I just send out another save the date and say " We've changed the date!" ? What do you guys think?
