The radio station here asks all the celebrity interviews to name their "pause and toss" - regular movies with hot sex scenes guys can wank it to without their girlfriend (the segment started with guys only) getting peeved about him watching porn.

I think the scene from the Matrix (the second one maybe) that cuts back and forth between them doing doing it in the cave and the dancing is hot.

I couldn't agree more with the movies already mentioned - Atonement, The Notebook, Unfaithful.  I always enjoy Brad Pitt's sex scenes in Meet Joe Black and Legends of the Fall.  I hear that The Thomas Crown Affair has some really hot sex scenes, but I haven't seen it (yet).
