At the bridal shower...DH wanted to be included so we had a couple's shower. He's kind of a girl sometimes.

Mine was lame, we went to dinner and then I forgot my ID...apparently I don't even look 18.

However, I threw a pretty good one for my friend the year before that.

Shower: (BFF, Me, Friend since HS, College BFF)



B-Party: I did not want or expect a traditional b-party, just drinks with the girls. I show up and there are beads and a tiara for me, amongst other things. It ended up being really fun, though I drew the line at penis paraphernalia.

We don't do showers, but my bach party involved everyone dressing in the ugliest bridesmaid dress they could find when we went out to lunch, and me in an ugly bridal dress... because we went to lunch at a winery and thus consumed rather large amounts of wine, I then decided it would be fun to try and push over a barrel of wine in my ugly dress.  

 

Oh, damnit, this is sideways but no way of rotating- apologies!
