FMIL has mentioned in passing that she wants an ipad 2. They are almost $500 and FI, his brother and I can't afford to get her one right now. She mostly wants it to read and play games from apps on, occasionally surfing the web.
The Kindle Fire is a lot closer to what we could afford to get her if we split it up 3 ways.
Any personal reviews one way or the other in regards to the Kindle Fire vs. iPad 2?
