This board has been very helpful. I have another question. How far out should you go for your guest lists?
My fiance and myself are planning a smaller wedding; that being said my side of estimates of those coming is far less than her's. I've started to reach out to people but there are some that I am not 100% comfortable with there. Again, as a guest their role will be minimal. Its mildly important to her that it not be "lop sided"; guest wise.
Is there any general guidelines on who should get an invitation? I have some great friends from the past but in recent years, our contact has been very minimal due to large geographical distances (many cases different parts of the world). Should this be a consideration? I still consider them friends but we have rarely talk in the past 2-3 years. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
