  • Totally agreee, an inch is more than doable!

  • No salt!  You'll make it fit.  I have total faith in you.
  • Whit, an inch is nothing.  Water & some working out & you'll be fine.  I'd stay don't stress, but that's 1) an impossible dream, and 2) sometimes stress causes weight loss.  :)

But don't cry.  I don't know about you, but that's not my best look.  Tongue out

  • Whit, one more thing... Even if the dress isn't perfect, once you are all done up, accessorized, and with the excitement of the day, you will not be able to help but feel beautiful. It sounds cliche, but that's what I was told when I had dress drama and it ended up being true. I didn't even think about it at the wedding, and just felt so happy and light. I can't wait to see your wedding pictures! :)

  • You can do it Whit!  Lots of water, like PPs said. Herbal teas are ok because no caffeine.  Cut back on your carbs and alcohol. Lots of cardio!  You can do it!
    Crosswalk
  • I bet you any money some water and a week of healthy eating and you'll see a change already.  So imagine what 9 weeks will do.

Make sure you get enough calories though, because if you cut too much out then your body will hang on to what you have.

Join spark people.  It's a stupid site to get around, but it's good to keep track of nutrition.  It will tell you how many calories you should consume, how many g of fat, carbs, protein, etc in order to reach your goal.

  • You need to cut your calories by 500 kcals a day, which is nothing!  So if you eat 1800 cals a day, eat 1300. Totally agree with Mandy and most likely what Nebb PMed you.

I must second the others about drinking lots of water and minimising salt intake. While over in the states, H and I gained a fair amount of weight- or so the scale told us. A couple of weeks after returning, we were back to our regular weights, thanks in the main to lack of water retention from the ridiculous amounts of salt in everything we'd eaten (or, so I believe).

That anecdotal advice given, I say to follow whatever miss Rick's says, as Ang has far more accurate nutrition knowledge than the vast majority of us!
