My SIL has a honking huge heart-shaped diamond engagement ring. I didn't even know you could get them in that shape, but she loves it and so I love it. It's NMS, but I love how much she loves it. See how that works, bells? Rudehole.

Took me long enough to find one...

My e-ring is 19th century, 4 c (for wedded) of natural blue sapphires).  We found it in a little antique store in Villafranche.  The wedding band we found in Malta.

Well, then it's a good thing you didn't select mine, since that's what I wanted and selected for myself. And, despite your olden ideas about dress color indicating virginity, its a good thing you didn't live in past times:

On the link that Rach posted with the pic Wedded hacked, it says it's a 12 carat diamond total weight for the incredible bargain price of $1500. I would have never guessed someone as un-materialistic as wedded would have such caratage.
