My cousin sent me a text asking if her 6 year-old daughter can wear a princess dress and veil to my wedding.
I don't want her to wear that. Not because it's bride-like, but because it's a costume. (I wouldn't want her to wear a robot or spongebob outfit, either.) Obviously, my cousin knows this is not cool (or she wouldn't have asked).
My sister said I should reply "I would prefer Morgan wear regular wedding clothes to the wedding." While that is what I think, I'm looking for a nicer way to say it.
Ideas? Thanks.
