  • This is not a crisis.  It's okay.  Calm down.

    I wouldn't do "celebration of their wedding".  I don't know, sounds weird.  But any of these are fine.  Pick the one you like best.

    IMO, "celebration of marriage" makes it seem like it's not the actual wedding. I would just say "at the marriage of", unless it is in fact not your actual wedding and you are inviting them to a post-wedding celebration, like if you had a DW.
