    1. November 21, 2009 -- fast approaching!!   2. Davidson College Presbyterian Church, Davidson NC3. The Point Lake Club, Mooresville NC4. We are inviting 185, hoping for +/- 1505. Modified A-line/Ivory 'Adored' dress by Reem Acra6. Secrets Maroma Beach, Mayan Riviera, Mexico7. Hmm...I'd probably say it's a tie between picking the venue and the flowers.  The venues: Love our church and have always been excited to get married there. The food at The Point is amazing and the location is just beautiful.  Also - our florist pulled together a vision for the reception after a 30 minute conversation.  I was blown away -- can't wait to see how it comes out on wedding day!

Favorite Part about Planning - being creative and letting both our personalities be at the forefront of everything

    1. September 19, 2009 (sooo soon!) 2. Ceremony and reception at the Eastern 4-H Center in Columbia, NC 3. See above 4. Around 140-150 5. I have 3 (FI is Indian and we're doing dual ceremonies), but my white dress is a Maggie Sottero. It's the Sicily, but it will not have beading and it will have pleated straps. 6. We're not honeymooning right away for a lot of reasons, including FI defending his dissertation (he's a PhD candidate). We're looking at maybe Puerto Rico in December or just taking a longer trip when we go to India next year, maybe going to the Taj Mahal! 7. My favorite part so far was probably seeing our printed invitation -it was beautiful and it seemed so official to have it in writing.

    1. April 17, 2010 -- our five year anniversary of our first date magically fell on a Saturday...2. Looks like the courtyard at The Carolina Inn? 3. Looks like the The Carolina Inn? There's been drama trying to decide on this...4. 75-1005. David's Bridal SV9563. The picture doesn't do it justice! I can't wait for my fiance to see it!6. I don't know where we'll honeymoon yet. I have tons of airline miles saved up, and he loves to travel. Somewhere beach-y probably. I'm so excited for the brides going to Disneyland, Disney World, and possibly Key West!7. I loved deciding on my photographer. After looking at ten thousand different Web sites, I narrowed it down to two really great ones, and both worked with me to figure out a fairly priced package. I went with Luster Studios in the end, but I wish I could hire Marthanna Yater too! Somebody else have her, and I'll live vicariously through you!

    1 - Sunday, Sept. 19th, 20102 - on the beach in Surf City3 - Surf City Welcome Center4 - 100 guest or less5 - don't have one yet, but it will be a destination wedding dress, casual6 - either two weeks bouncing around Europe or two weeks island hopping in Fiji/ American Samoa7 - planning it ourselves has really allowed us to put our touches on it. There is a reason and purpose to everything we choose. It will truly reflect us.
