I saw the earlier post about tipping and read the article in Brides magazine. I have a more specific question. Our location is at a small B&B (only rents itself out for weddings). The owner lives on site and she is the one who will be helping set up our favors and generally making sure that the caterer and florist have everything they need. Do I tip her the same way I would tip a "hotel wedding manager"?
Also, I saw somewhere else that you are supposed to tip the catering manager separately from the gratuities for wait/bar staff (which is included in our total bill at a rate of 18%). Is that true?
