Something about this is off...

I was in love with our STDs the other day, but now something about the flowers and their placement is bugging me. They just look weird to me. Here's the link to our STDs, and the inspiration is in my bio. Any thoughts for how I could change it? I fail at Photoshop, but FI said he'd tweak it if I could tell him what I wanted to change.

They are STDs. Guests will be all like, "Aww that's nice" and then either hang in on their fridge and forget about it, or throw it away after makings their planners.

Oh, I absolutely agree that my guests won't know the difference at all. I'm one of those annoying perfectionists, so it would bug me. I think I might change the spacing a little bit, but otherwise I'm going to call it a day. You ladies are always great for a reality check!

The reason you don't like it, I think, is because your flowers are shaded and not solid shapes. The flowers on the sample are solid shapes overlapping, causing only three total solid colors. You have shades of the three colors, and I bet that's what's bugging you.

Also, their flowers are all the same, and you have a mix of different flowers. That could be bugging you too.

None of it bugs me, and I can KILL a design by overthinking, trust me. I like yours a lot! I do like the suggestion of moving your flowers over just a bit, and you could center the line vertically with your names in that gap between the top yellow dandelion and the pink flower beneath it. Close to the stem. That would be nice.

Again, I overthink. It really is a great piece. Stop worrying!

I think that you tend to over-think everything because you are quite the perfectionist! Stress less- those STD's are super adorable, and I highly doubt your guests will receive them and critique the alignment of your text!
