Ceremony Music HELP!!

I am stuggling with what to do for an alternative song for the traditional wedding march...I'm just not that into it. I think I've found the perfect song, but I need opinions from people who know weddings. The song I was thinking of walking down the aisle to is "Heaven" by Jason Aldean, originally by Bryan Adams. Here is the link, let me know what you all think. Oh yea, let me mention that Jason Aldean is my fiances absolute favorite artist, so it will be a suprise to him :)                        Jacquihttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnACM2fKHSI

Re: Ceremony Music HELP!!

  • That's a great idea...I love that song!  I completely cannot stand the wedding march...so I've been looking into other songs that mean something to me and my FI.
  • It sounds like it would be the perfect personal touch to your wedding.  Go for what means something to you and you like.  I'm so not doing the wedding march either.
  • I have refused to do the Wedding March as well. I am walking down the aisle to the song "Inevitable" by Anberlin. They're my favorite band, so that will make it special. You should use the song that means most to you. You don't have to use a song just because it's traditional.
  • "Heaven" is our 1st dance song, the Unplugged version by Bryan Adams. I looooooove that song. I think it'd be great for your processional, but it's quite a long song, so maybe you could edit it so it'll include your favorite parts.
