I got this from an old friend from high school. It's a Facebook "Event" and I thought this was hilarious.
"We're getting married and we'd love to see y'all at our house afterwards to celebrate!
Unfortunately, our wedding venue will not hold all of our beloved friends and family, so we had to pick just a few of our family members to attend the ceremony. We want to celebrate our marriage with all of you, though, and we'd love for y'all to see our new house at the same time.
This will be a come'n'go sort of event, so you're welcome to stop by anytime. We'll be providing plenty of snacks and beer, but if there's anything in particular you'd like to have, bring it with you! 
We'd love to see all of our friends, but since I don't have everybody on my Facebook, please share the word with our friends.
Just a note: We will still have quite a bit of family in from out of town, so we won't have extra space for guests to stay overnight."
Best part is the part where she invited me and not my husband.
I didn't really expect to be invited to any part of the wedding since we haven't spoken in years, but I found the tackyness amusing.
