I know it's customary to tip your vendors, but which ones (DJ, Photographer, Caterer, officiant) and how much should the tip be? My FI says that the waitstaff also gets tipped. Would it be individually or should I just tip the catering company? Also we are going with a JP. If we invite him (and his wife who does ceremony photos for no charge) to stay for dinner, would that be considered a tip?
