XP what to give for a thank you gift....

A family friend, who is a trained pastry chef and an awesome wedding cake baker/designer has offered to give us our 4 tier wedding cake "as a wedding gift"

I was floored when she said this, and my parents were both shocked. We tried to politely tell her "no, we insist on paying you!!!" but she will not budge. I feel like it would be rude of us to keep insisting that she take our money and maybe we just need to be grateful for her generosity.

I'd like to give her something as a thank you but can't think of anything thats not just a gc to a nice restaurant or a bottle of wine...what else can be given??? help!
