I realized that today as I wrote one of my (many) final payment checks.  Ouch.

I'm working today and after work FI and I will be hunting for a card box or at least something to make a card box out of.

I'm counting down the minutes til 12 so I can go to lunch and run wedding errnds, then I'll be counting down the hours til 5 when I can leave work!

I think I'm going to treat myself to getting my nails done. I'm destroying my nails and cuticles with all the filing I do. I want to get acrylics again so they can at least look pretty while they're being destroyed.

TR I saw some really cute card box ideas at the Hobby Lobby last week when I was in there. They have a whole wedding section, but then there were a few boxes in the wood crafts section that I thought could work (with a little paint or other TLC).

LVB, I'm jealous!  My nails are a mess and they're in need of some serious work.

Speaking of work, that's how I'm spending 8/9/10...wishing I was home taking a hot bath and just relaxing for the rest of the day.  Ugh.

I'm at work.  Um...yay?  And I'm getting told of fees that I owe to graduate.  Hello, university - you paid me next to nothing on a stipend for the past six years.  Where do you think I'm pulling all this money?  Stop making up fees for grad students.  It's mean.

Today is more deck powerwashing and living room rearranging. I'm also writing the last check to pay off Dh's credit card debt so that is going to be gone! It's taken 3 years but no more payments, yay!

TR I made one (work in progress) check out my bio under DIY...not really sure what exactly you are looking for (it took me about 4 hours but that included time for paint to dry).

If you just want something quick and easy, any craft store or the Christmas Tree Shop should have birdcage's or pre-made card boxes.
