What an idiot- contempt of court

Just happened in the C. Anthony trial

A 28 year old bystander in the courtroom gave the middle finger to the attorney and it was captured on camera.  What an idiot!  Oh, and he's a server at Fridays so he says he makes about $15k a year, has a couple hundred in checking and $12 in savings.  The judge held him in contempt of court, fined him $400 + a couple hundred in court costs and sent him to jail for 6 days.  Judge P doesn't mess around, boy.
