...list of things to bring the day-of! I'm making a list of all of the items that have to be brought to the ceremony & reception sites. Hopefully I'll be able to bring those things the night before. Here is my list so far.

My rough list so far...keep in mind our ceremony and reception are in the same place, so no separate lists:

Table centerpiece kits(each table has it's own box with centerpiece, table number, Ispy card and camera)
Bar decor--Drink Menu, flowers in vase, Reese's PB cups and basket, cocktail napkins
Entry way decor--photomat guest book, favors and basket with signage, floating candles in mason jar decor
Random decorations--family wedding photos, wine bottle vases with flowers
Back garden decorations--poms.  Coffee filter poms to hang from railings, tissue poms to hang from "ceiling"
Seating chart and stand
Garbage bags
Marriage license
Emergency kit
2nd pair of shoes
"here comes the bride" sign

We are bringing ours the Friday before so we don't have to think about it--and actually fiance signed up yesterday to do this! What a gem This is actually super helpful because I need to write this up anyways!

To Venue:
- Ceremony Programs & Basket if needed(haven't decided if we are going to have a basket or have the ushers hand them out or have them on the chairs)
- Guest Book Puzzle, Vase & Directions
- Card Box
- Bathroom Baskets
- Photo Booth Props (being put together by FSIL)

To Florist:

With Bride/Groom:

- Invitation Suite (Bride, for pics at hotel)
- Shoes, veil, slip, bra, spanx, dress, hanger, hair comb
- deodorant, lip gloss/ chapstick, touch up makeup
- Hangers for Girls/Moms
- Bridal party gifts (doing this at the hotel while getting ready)
- Cash for DJ
