Arb has rules for what she'll post, and I think they're pretty sound rules. KPS isn't part of TK, and isn't covered by TK's terms of service. Just what you post here is covered.
My opinion? Guessing who is cheating on their FI/H, or who did something against the law, or some of the other crazy ones isn't really kosher and depending on how it's done, could be attacking a poster and I might delete. Guessing who created AEs and/or is on an off board is less likely to become a personal attack, and thus more likely to be ok, but anything could turn into an attack, I suppose.
