I am in the favor free corner. There is no need to feel weird about not having a favor.  Most people won't notice and I highly doubt that anyone will care.  Think of it this way, would you be offended that you didn't get a chocolate treat at the end of a wedding you went to?

i could care less if i went to a wedding and they had no favor... its nice but i really dont need it.

It sounds like I am in the minority here, but I don't want to do edible favors. I want something that lasts past the evening as a little reminder.
 
I know, I know, no one wants to take home little wedding tchotchkes, but I still have little ornaments that I hang on my tree that were favors from other peoples weddings that I enjoy seeing and remembering them every holiday.

I think this is a TOTAL minority. I hate wedding favors. I have a whole box of them I can't throw away because, well, someone put a lot of thought behind it. But really? I don't want it.

At least if it's edible, I'll eat it. But...I really don't notice if I don't get a favor. Actually I think anything not edible looks tacky and like a child's birthday party (no offense intended)
