the place i frequent toasts the bread with meat and/or cheese.  and then you add your toppings afterwards.  so the toppings are cold.

i tried subway's new diablo chicken.  holy crap i loved every single  bite.  it's my go-to when i am avoiding the italian sub place.  cause their subs are high in fat and calories and have very little vegetables in them.
