My fiance is a tattoo artist and a parent came to him asking if he would travel to a hospital and tattoo the information on their 10 year old daughter who was non-vocal and had a ton of medical/mental problems. They had medical and legal consent and all. He did not do it though, he wasnt comfortable with her possible outburst and/or twitches that would cause him to injure her.

    I hope the families never have to move...isn't that why they have medical id bands or some other way where info can be updated?
