My parents were driving somewhere and they were driving on a brand new road and on the GPS it still showed up as a field basically, and the GPS lady was yelling at them.  RECALCULATING!  RECALCULATING!  PLEASE PROCEED TO HIGHLIGHTED ROUTE!

I wish you could change the lady's voice on mine.  I always feel like I've been bad and she's mad at me.

We call her Rosie.

It's a made a drastic improvement on us not fighting as soon as we hit Maple Grove. We just listen to Rosie.

It's better that she yell at him than I do.

Well there are certain ways I like to go to get to places (like if I know generally how to get to an area but not specifically where I want to go), that the Garmin isn't a fan of.  So I just mute her until I need her.  Otherwise she tries to make me turn around every 3 seconds.

Her name is Veronica when she's behaving.
Christine when she is not. Personally I mute her, he has her set to the British accent.Talk about snotty!
But I love when it looks like Im off roading.

My husband's GPS is named Karen when she's behaving, cvudvmpster when she's not. At least when the children aren't in the car.

Our GPS actually contains the voice of a local news reader, Sandra Sully. Sandra doesn't yell at us though, she's fairly patient. On a recent trip to see a friend, she did, however, tell me not to exit where I was supposed to, and then told me to make a u-turn on the highway (how I was supposed to get through the barriers, I'm not quite sure).

The Brit Biitch (as I call the tomtom when she's being snarky) always seems to be yelling at me here. We haven't updated her in about 3 years and we have construction 24/7 here. So she is always telling me to take exits that don't exist anymore. "Take the exit right" "there is no exit" "take the exit right" "there is no exit you stupid machine" "take the exit right" "fuuck you!"

sigh...
