OOTD - Does this work?

I found a cute sleeveless, pale yellow dress for $10 the other day and it's obviously a spring/summer dress, but it's got some gray, blue and black in it, so I wanted to see if I can bring it into fall with a dark gray cardigan and gray shoes. I'm also debating a skinny black belt, but the ruffle down the front is making it hard for me to decide. So...does this work?
