Where is everyone today? I've got a paint crew here this morning painting the exterior of our house, and we are leaving in a little while to go paint a couple of rooms on the interior of his mom and step-mom's house. Should be a fun day. My older daughter just wandered into the kitchen asking if we were going ot church this morning. Um, no honey, it's Tuesday, not Sunday. Since I was home all day yesterday and her stepfather went to work, she got it in her mind that yesterday was Saturday. Lovelovelove summer!

I'm here, just hanging out...er...I mean working.  Meeting FI for lunch so I can give him my ring to get appraised finally.  I have a dentist appointment after work   I hate those, but I've been really good about flossing and got an electric toothbrush for Christmas so I'm crossing my fingers for at least no cavities.

Good Morning!

I finally am alone!  We've had the kids for the past 5 days and they are a bit whiney because they are realizing that the "international bank of Dad" is closed (since now we're BOTH unemployed).

But I sent them off to the movies and then back to SILs house, while I stay at BILs house, get some packing done, and then get my hair cut tomorrow. 

I am 100% people free for at least the next 18 hours!

Kicking myself for forgetting fi's ring at home. I want to drop it off to get engraved...and I really wanted to do it today since I need it back for 2 1/2 weeks from now... ugggh. Plus, I have no idea what to put on it.

Morning.  I thought I was having an allergy attack yesterday, but now I think I'm just getting an awesome summer cold.  Fabulous.

Yep, he resigned his position on the yacht to move back home to OZ because he wants to be closer to the kids.  We'll forget the fact that the distance between us and the kids will be like Los Angeles to Newport RI...

We left France a week ago last Friday.

But that distance is shorter than France to OZ, right? What are his job prospects? I hope he finds something quickly, as much to get him out of the house as to have an income again.

Good morning!  Nothing special today.  Just tying up loose ends on the wedding planning this evening and working all day today.

Me too Sara, me too <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-frown.gif" border="0" alt="Frown" title="Frown" />  Except his salary will be cut to a point that we both will have to work, probably more than one job each.

And yes the distance is shorter, but with the price of plane tickets, x2, we'll still only see them twice a year at most.

I was chatting with a coworker who just got engaged over the weekend =D    She's a really fun/awesome person, so I'm so excited for her!

Morning, ladies! I'm just at work, trying to look busy. Tonight, my H is taking me to Carrabba's for dinner and we might see "Killers" with Katherine Heigl & Ashton Kutcher, depending on how full we get at dinner.
