My unpopular opinion is that these Unpopular Opinion threads are so constantly filled with ignorant and half-thought out statements, frequently from those who hold extremist political views, that they make me want to distance myself from the land of E.

The intelligent, reasoned conversation that some engage in following these statements never outweighs the ridiculous suggestions themselves, and I find myself cringing through each and every one of these threads.

I agree wholeheartedly with this statement, which I why I can hardly bring myself to read them, and often don't. Care to name names? Just curious.

I cant even really read the unpopular opinion thread, my eyes just glaze over and everything blurs together in one big "im right, youre wrong" "no, IM right, YOURE wrong" arguement and it isnt very interesting.

I kept thinking today was Friday, when its only Thursday.  I'm glad its only Thursday, that gives me about 2 days to not be sick and gross anymore before I have to see family.

I don't want to risk reinforcing views that I perceive to be ignorant. </p><p> </p><p>That, and I find the majority of those threads depressing for the reasons stated above.</p>

I believe that they did! They just stayed in Melbourne, but they were visiting family and/or the city every day.
