Meh... there's just going to be three of us, so I doubt I want to go all out with oven baked chicken.  I think some of the salads will work, and I'm DEF going to get some spumante or something and it will have to be orange juice or some kind of juice like that since I haven't seen lemonade.

I take picnics to these outdoor movies we have all the time. We usually do some kind of muffaletta - which ends up being a sandwich with cheese, olive tapanade, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, etc. You can also do salami. Use french bread because the huicy stuff all soaks in. Wrap it tight and it will be really good by lunch time.

Then we'll do something like a mediterrenean pasta salad or non-mayo based potato salad, some cheese w/ crackers and bread (nice cheese that's best served room temp), maybe some cookies. And for the movies we bring wine or beer, but that's optional!

i love french bread with italian meats and cheeses.  olives.  pickles.  that kind of thing.  NOM.  i think that's what i am going to get at the grocery store now.

Get some Brie and some fruit definitely.  Yummy!

Now I am craving sandwiches made with those Hawaiian sweet bread sandwich rolls - deli sliced turkey and swiss with some shredded lettuce, with some potato salad, deviled eggs..........damn I am starving now!

I have not tried champagne and lemonade - need to do that soon.  Sounds really good!
