Couple of things...and WFL?

I just had zucchini and a steak sandwich. Nom

1. I'm catching up on the voice. Why does Christina even bother wearing a top. I mean her breasts are smacking her in the chin and she's just shy of showing nipple.

2. My cable technician spent the 30 minutes he was here hitting on me. Gag.

3. Has this been discussed? CLICKY An article about single women bridezillas.

Re: Couple of things...and WFL?

• I'm having a salad, as always.

In regards to number 3 I don't think pinterest is helping matters.
• I'm eating a cheese stick and wheat thins. I guess this is lunch. Until I go home in an hour and eat something else.

• Steak sandwich sounds fabulous right now...

And that article...woah. Just woah. I mean, I was on TheKnot before getting engaged, but designing invites and buying dresses before a proposal?? What in the??

Wait, WW and NEY are the most trafficked boards? I don't believe that.

ETA: Jinx Cfas!
• I have boring chicken and mashed cauliflower. I might go get a salad from next door to put the chicken on.

1. I don't know what the voice is.
2. Gross. I get weirded out if someone hits on me in my own house.
3. That's weird.

• Hi1 I had a Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs thing. And an apple - but I haven't eaten the apple yet.

I don't watch TheVoice.

I can't read the article at work. It's blocked (but TK isn't :)).

I'm so over today. I just want to go home and wake up tomorrow. I need to work out when I get home. I've been being lazy for too long now.
• I think Christina should do the world a favor and stick to RADIO. We don't need to see her. She brings trailer trash look to a whole new level.

lunch = soup. I'm bound and determined to beat that "cabbage soup diet" thing. I know it's not "real" weight loss. I just really want to beat it. I've tried unsuccessfully 17 times or so my pride is at stake.

oh...steak....

• I'm eating the same leftovers I've been eating on since Saturday. I'm so over it! Thankfully it was good - and repinned from you, MK!

CABLE PEOPLE CAN SUCK MY LEFT NUT.

E is the best board. For sure. Eff WW and NEY. They're for losers.
• Yeah it was gross. He didn't stop even after mention of my husband and he himself has a wife Icky...

I did a little 0_o action at WW & NEY being the most trafficked boards on here.

It just hit me that Christinia looks like the blonde version of Snookie. Or Snookie is the brunette (black haired?) version of Christina.

• My cousin is 20 and in college and not engaged and her Pinterest has tons of wedding related stuff. She does have a serious bf from high school who has lasted through 1 3/4 years of long distance at different colleges, so I know they're pretty serious but still... not engaged as far as I know. And still 2 + years of school to go.
• Maybe they're swingers, MK.

• Yeah um WW definitely is a ghost town compared to E.

[QUOTE]I had boring old soup. But some jerk in my office just microwaved fish. Now the whole flucking office stinks. Anywho... That article is interesting. I think every woman fantasizes about her wedding before getting engaged, but I can't imagine buying a dress or looking at centerpieces before hand. Actually following through on those fantasies is when it gets wierd to me. And your cable guy is gross. :-/

• Eagles I miss you too!

LDY what did you make? I want to know if I've made it.

• I'm having a salad and a yogurt. I'm boring.

I don't buy that NEY and WW have the most traffic. I think E wins that title.
And it's articles like this that really snap me out of it and show that we aren't in our own little world here lol. I know, I know, it's the internet and anyone can see what we post. But sometimes you forget about all that. I always have this sentiment that we are all just sitting around and chatting a lot. It's hard to explain.
• What dish was it LDY? I wonder if I Pinned it but haven't made it yet :).
• Salad and yogurt... partly from the salad bar, partly as a leftover from last night's caprese salad.

And... wow. I mean, I was really into weddings since I was a kid (married my barbies and stuffed animals in multiplicity). I joined TK to keep on top of event planning trends, but actually avoided it when we started talking seriously about engagements. I didn't want to get too excited or start planning before the official 'ask'.

• Chicken, peas and carrots! With ranch dipping sauce for the chicky. It was delicious.

Your cable guy is just plain gross. :-p It makes me thankful I don't work at HD anymore with the crazy contractors.

I'm with Cfas, following through with your ideas prior to being engaged, or even talking seriously about it, is where it gets weird to me.
• NEY actually is super lame to me. I mean, I get that most women are all dreamy about their future weddings, but I seriously eye roll people who pin lots of wedding stuff on boards named "Sigh...one day" or "The wedding I will eventually have" Just hold off, will ya? It makes them look desprate.

Consider me guilty. I don't feel like wasting food just because it doesn't smell awesome in the microwave. At my house, if no one takes the leftovers to work, they won't get eaten.
• My dad just forwarded me an email about a person who lost their sense of smell and tast by using Zicam. I never realized it wasn't FDA approved. Here's a link to a press release from the FDA urging consumers not to use the product.

I'm just full of links today.

Irrational Irritation - I can go to Pinterest at work, but something in the firewall/settings at work blocks my ability to "repin" anything.

ETA: apparently though my ability to Pin new things from the website still works. Work is WEIRD.

MK and Loops - it was THIS! (clicky)

I used skim milk, fat free cream cheese and fat free dressing, but it's still delish =)

And I just found out I'm being treated to lunch, YAY! No leftovers!

cosigned, me. the girl whose office is RIGHT next to the microwave.

My CW who used to microwave her homemade fish dishes has been away for the past few weeks due to visa issues. And its been lovely not to smell fish. Love her. Hate her food choices.

• I don't get the intenst pinning of wedding stuff either for some of my single friends. It borders on weirdly obsessive. I thought about wedding stuff when I knew J and I were about to get engaged, but not when I was just flat out single.

Why not just eat them for dinner one nighta week?

• If I make fish I make sure to only buy enough for one meal because a) it's expensive and b) it's nasty left over.

That's what I plan on doing when I don't live at home. I don't really have much control over that at the moment.
