I can't believe they actually did what they did.  I mean, that's what I thought would happen, but I figured if it did, there had to be some twist like it was Finder dude's baby or whatever.  I guess this probably means Season 7 will be it, which is not surprising considering actors are always only initially contracted for 7 seasons.

I think I was most entertained by Papa Bones being suspicious of the status of their relationship.  And it was sweet that one of Hodgela's baby's middle names is Vincent.

All the Canadians who saw the episode on Wednesday were saying that the last two minutes were just tacked on out of nowhere, but knowing what was gonna happen going in, they were dropping hints the entire episode about Bones being KU.

So, I mean, I think I'm happy about the outcome?

I, thankfully, did not get the surprise spoiled by those mean Canadians!

But I had my suspicions through the entire episode! Bones kept given Booth weird looks and she was acting weird about the whole Angela giving birth thing. And when she asked Angela how labor was (seriously? who asks that? and any real person would answer "IT HURT LIKE *%&$^#!") - that sealed it for me! I knew she was preggers!!

I'm so excited - Booth's smile when she told him was awesome!!

And yes, naming the kiddo after Vincent was super sweet

Yeah, Booth almost had a look of horror on his face when she said "I'm pregnant".  And then as soon as she said he was the father, his emotion completely changed .

I was guessing that's what was going to happen and especially w/ all the hints they were dropping during the episode, but I'm glad it did.  I like the way it ended and totally loved they added Vincent in for a middle name for the baby.

Definitely true though I've never had a child I have also never heard anyone describe labor as Angela did. 

And I loved the look on Booth's face when she told him he was the father.

Also, I was totally unsurprised by the pregnant thing. a) they dropped hints all episode b) it was so obvious they boned last week c) I figured they'd have to write in her RL pregnancy somehow.

I think I had the same stupid smile that Booth did! I couldn't believe it and yeah, I guess next season would be it, because how is Bones supposed to be weird workaholic Bones with a baby?

Agreed.  I was almost underwhelmed.  I figured the BIG REVELATION had to be something more complicated.  For once I was wrong.

They couldn't have killed Daisy though cause that would have caused too much pain and suffering for Sweets. Vincent was well-liked and connected to the rest of the characters, but didn't have any strong one-on-one attachments with anyone.

I'm not sure how they are going to make it work on the show but it was still awesome to see!

I wonder how much the writing changed for the show once she announced that she was pregnant IRL.

But they could've killed Wendel! Ugh.

I mean, I know it's because IRL he landed that full-time role on a sci-fi show... but still. I'm going to miss Mr Nigel Murray.

And Waltzing, yes, the pregnancy thing was a lot less of a surprise knowing that ED is pregnant in RL.

I honestly thought for a second last week that they'd kill off Cam. I'd have preferred that to Mr-NM. She's totes replaceable.

I didn't know Emily D. was pregnant and totally didn't see this coming. I guess it makes sense if she's pregnant in real life, but so disappointing from a show perspective. I wanted to see them figure out how to be a couple together, not jump right to parents. It feels like a cop out.

Yeah, Cam was really the only other person that could've died knowing that VNM was the only Squintern in the episode and Booth, Bones, Angela, and Hodgins were all in the finale.  I guess Sweets could've been killed.....  But seeing as they said a recurring character was gonna die, VNM was the only one in the episode who fit the bill.

Agreed. I'm not a big Cam fan...she always looks dressed to go out for a night of fun, not work as a professional. :P

I don't mind her...  but I look back at whatsisface in season one and I enjoyed him too so I think as she's "management" kind of, she'd have been easy to replace with someone new.
