I currently work for a company in a per diem position, I make my own schedule so taking time off for my wedding and honeymoon is not an issue. I can work around it. However tomorrow I'm interviewing for a full time position in which I'd have to take time off for each.
My question is when do I disclose this? During the interview? After I'm offered the position?
They really don't know about how much time I would be taking off because to them it doesn't matter right now. I don't get paid when I'm not there and if I'm not there another per diem employee will be. Full time is a different arena.
