BORED- Bring your A game

I'm not sure what the hell is going on because I don't know if he's going to return my emails or not. I guess I'm just going to take my computer home and then check my email tonight and tomorrow morning to see if I need to come in.

I'm just really pissed because there is a process in which we do things here and that process was NOT followed so now no one has any idea what's going on. I don't know what I"m supposed to do or when it's all due.

Anna, Bot, I totally agree with you. I feel like she is projecting her own insecurities about her looks (she mentions that she thinks she is ugly) onto a potential child. I feel like that would be a self-fufilling prophecy in some respect and would then cause the child to be insecure as well. Like some kind of Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy but instead of making the child ill for attention they make the child feel ugly so they can "save" them by supporting their studies and geekery. (again, she is the one drawing a parellel between being smart and being a geek and being ugly, if that makes sense. I, personally, see no correlation between any of those things).

Hm, interesting theory for sure Bubs.  It definitely sounds like she's got some really low self-esteem, which is sad.  I keep saying my baby is going to be the cutest baby ever, because i was SO FREAKING CUTE as a kid.  Like, ridiculously good looking.  I need to scan my pictures to prove it. haha

I read it on CNN and watched the interview with the brother and sister of the young man.  When you see the pics of him you can see the hurt and pain in his eyes.  It was awful.  The poker chips reward system at home tore me apart.

I have two boys, and they play with dolls and like to play with girls.  So what?  Shiloh Jolie-Pitt likes her hair cut short and wears boy's clothes.  Kids are kids and they like to experiment and pretend and all that.  It is called being a child.  If one of my sons comes to be and tells me he is gay, I will handle it the best I can and love him for being my son, because that will never change.
