DAMNIT

Why am I so stupid? 

Today I got an e-mail from a firm saying they wanted to interview me. The firm name is Bob & Company. Their website / e-mail addresses are Boblaw.com 

So stupidly, I said blah blah blah, I'm excited to meet you and other members of Bob Law.

BUT THAT'S NOT THE FIRM'S NAME. It's Bob and Company.

UGHH I'm so mad at myself I should scream. Such a stupid mistake.

Thanks for letting me vent.

I don't think it's that big of a deal; I'm assuming that they know their website address, and probably won't think twice about it.

HA!  As I was reading the post this commercial came right to mind :)

I'm sure they won't think twice about the name mix-up.

 I know how you feel though, I've been sending out resumes and cover letters one after the other; trying to customize them all for each job.  I know on one of them I sent the wrong cover letter that had the wrong company name mentioned in the body of the letter.    Ug, so embarrassing!    I probably won't hear from them!!!  How dumb.
