ME TOO!!   It was my mom's go-to movie when she wanted to take a nap and have me sit quietly, haha.  Only problem was that, until I was tall enough to reach, I had to wake her up at intermission to change the tapes

j/k, no I haven't.  I'm totally jealous.  The only signed book I have is a signed copy of Jack Hanna's book.  He gave it to us as a wedding present.  So there.

Dude, that's pretty rockin. :)

The book is really interesting and gives you some good in-depth info as to what happened.  It's also pretty sad, too.  They used to own/run a singing camp in Vermont I think it was.

No prob.   The story is quiiiite different from what you think.  Also, they had a crap ton of kids.

I like it, but my BFF HATES the Sound of Music. She thinks the kids are creepy and that Liesl is dumb for dating a nazi.

My mother loves that movie, so my sister and I grew up watching it all the time.  We even went on the Sound of Music tour when we were in Austria.  I've already let her know about this.
