Taking the cat into the vet (again), then LA Wine Fest, with bonus Scotch tasting. Then FI is leaving for San Francisco tonight.

<div>His liver isn't really functioning and we have him on a feeding tube. They're going to basically see if he's getting better today. We'll have to decide if we want to put him through more tests and if there are treatment options if the feeding tube isn't working.</div><div>

I have a ton of wedding stuff to do today, including figuring out ceremony music. Ugh. FI and I went out last night because my cousin's band was in town. We stayed out too late, and my everything hurts today.

oh gosh meredith.. i am a kitty-momma too and love my babies so much. i tell Fi i love them more them him LOL- which may not be a lie :)
i hope you don't have to make that decision today. i hope he is doing better and gets to come home.

2 weeks ago one of my kitties go ahold of some medicine in the house, dunno how or what.. but we rushed him to the ER and he had to stayed for 2 days. it was so scary.. but his liver is still not at the numbers it needs to be at. we are going to the vet on monday for a 2nd follow up to see if the suppliments (water pill) was working as it should. if not, he'll have to be hospitalized again :(

i'll pray for your kitty.

I have to prepare for a job interview and go buy a new suit.  Therefore I shouldn't be on here, but this is more fun!  Mery, I hope your kitty feels better soon!

Good morning! I'm contemplating going to work out soon. I made and had a piece of awesome cake last night, so I feel a need to work a little harder in the gym today. I'm also trying to scheme up a way to bake for a living, and not have to work in someone else's bakery. And not gain 300 lbs in the process.

I totally skipped my workout this morning. I'm STILL tired and I've been up for almost 3 hours. I went to yoga yesterday though... then had 4 beers, sweet potato fries and a quesadilla.

Good morning! I'm sitting at my parents house, and we're waiting for the police to come talk to my little brother. Someone in the neighborhood threatened to shoot him last night when he was play hide and seek in the dark. Creepy.
Then I've got to finish cleaning my apt for my moveone inspection tomorrow.

It's now afternoon.  Had a cell phone v the washing machine mishap this morning resulting in new cell.

Neighbors having a grad party so we'll head over there later when T gets back from golf.

Lots of cat owners on these boards - anyone have good things to say about Nature's Miracle products to help with the urine stains/smells?  We shampoo'ed carpet earlier this morning with it.  Did a so-so job.

Marinn, I don't know if you'll see this, but I love their products. We put it in with the water when we shampoo the carpet.
We have a dog with problems that often messes on the carpet, and Natures Miracle keeps our other animals from trying to mark there, including the cat.

Jas - Oh please please please tell me this is true!  It would be wonderful!  I don't know what the problem is with the male cat recently.  His nose has been out of joint for 3 years since my cat and I moved in.  We've had physical problems ruled out so I can only guess that it's emotional.

That's what I did - I put the NM in the water instead of the usual carpet cleaner.  My fiance also bought a spray bottle of it and I have to say that the spray bottle works awesome.  I used it on some spots as a pre-treatment and it's great.  I can see now that the carpet is drying that it's better than so-so; it's actually looking very good.
