When my parents were married, they gave the priest/ parish a donation and invited the priest to the reception. My church cost $1600 and I plan on inviting the priest to the reception. However, should I give another donation. Their required donation is more than 4 times the other churches in the area (this on is prettier), so I do not want to donate more, but I do not want to insult them either. What do you think?
