limo vendor advice needed

Hi everyone!  I was looking for a limo company and I think I have narrowed it down to 2 to go and see their party busses.  I was wondering if any of you have had experience or opinions about them, it is Santos and First Class.  Once I go see the busses I will be able to tell the quality of their vehicles, but does anyone know about the customer service and timeliness on the day of the wedding.

Both get good reviews on here but we used First Class and we loved them they were really friendly and helpful. I used stretch, a shuttle bus, and the Bentley and my driver (the Bentley)  was carrying around my clutch and wrap while we took photos just in case I wanted them.

We are using First Class -  my friends used them for their werdding and they did a great job for them.

Now that I think about it more, I am also curious... did your limos/busses come as expected and were they clean?  I am scared that I am going to go look at something now and on my wedding day have something totaly different show up! 

I just need to stop thinking about these things (especially at work), I am going to drive myself nuts!

We used Santos for our wedding and they arrived on time and were very friendly. The driver was a little too chatty for my liking but I'm sure most people prefer that. Very very clean and we were happy with the services.

We booked First Class for our August 2011 wedding.  I can't comment on service/cleanliness the day of, but I do believe First Class was getting new party buses, so they should still be relatively new for your wedding.  (On a side note, First Class has been great to work with - they talked us out of getting another limo because they thought we wouldn't need it.  I really appreciated that.)

I am using First Class in Manalapan. So far they have been really helpful and nice.

We used Santos for the limo for our bridal party.  The driver was really nice and she arrvied early, the limo was clean and the customer service was wonderful.  I cannot comment about their party buses b/c we only used the limo.

Over the last 48 hours I've dealt with Santos and First Class trying to book 2 limos for my July 30 wedding. In my brief experience with both, they each have fabulous customer service and make this process easy and painless. I've also read a ton of reviews on here for both companies, and it seems like you really can't go wrong with either of them. I talked with Rob at First Class who was very nice and helpful; I talked with Rich at Santos who was also wonderful and knowledgeable. In the end we booked with Santos because all the SUV limos at First Class were booked for our day. So given my experience, I would try to decide and book early because they both book up fast and far in advance.

I booked with Santos!  I think their party bus looks better than First Class. I booked the 1964 Rolls Royce and 22 passenger party bus. Their cars are gorgeous

My friend used First Class for her wedding two years ago, and they were great. The limo arrived at least 30 minutes early, and the drive was very friendly. The limo was very clean and everything went really smoothly. Overall, she was very happy with them.

We used Santo's for my friend's Bachelorette party last year. They too arrived early, the limo was clean and the service/driver was great. We were very happy with them (and had booked them because they had the best/deal price for the bachelorette party).

My friend used D&G for her wedding last year and was happy with them as well. I will be looking at these three..do you think I still have time to book for a Sept wedding, or should I get on the ball?

This is going to be a hard decision!  It seems that each company has a lot to offer.  There was another company I saw at a bridal show which had nice vehicles and that was Action.  But I don't want to confuse myself more.  I think I may be leaving this decision up to the fiance <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-wink.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />

My personal opinion is that you should get "on the ball", haha!   Our wedding is in March 2012 so I am an early planner.  I am not sure what is normal though...

Santos was amazing for us!!! One of our favorite vendors- the driver did more than drive, he organized us all in the back of the church, diverted us from traffic and helped in my house! Wonderful service and value.
