Advice on the hilton in woodbridge nj

Me and my fiance have been going crazy looking at venues.  We like the vanderbilt in staten island but aren't giving much budge on price and a friend of mine told me they went to a wedding at the hilton in woodbridge nj and said it was around $109pp including tax and grat.  Anyone out there have anymore info on the hilton in nj? thanks!

    My fmil was a bartender for all the banquets there, my fsil got married there 10 yrs ago and it wasnt that price then even with fmil's discount. She stopped working there about 2 yrs ago, maybe prices changed? Giving them a call is your best bet. GL

    Also forgot to add that pricing also depends on day, time and season

    A friend of mine got married there last year and I believe she paid $110pp, but I'm not sure if it included tax/grat (probably not, I'd think). The food was absolutely excellent, though!

    My company uses it for our Holiday party, over 200 people, it is amazing, beautiful and so much food and it was all so delicious!

    Correct, they are $109/pp plus tax and 20% service charge

    I wanted our reception at this venue because it is the closest to my church.  We went elsewhere because we got way more bang for our buck at other venues.  Also, I was really unimpressed with the sales/catering manager as he blew me off twice.

    If I'm thinking of the right place, I went to a New Year's Eve party there a few years ago, and the food was excellent.
