    And, to boot, just 1 thread was deleted. Instead of combing through everything and deleting this and that, I deleted the whole thing. There were 11 posts. While I don't have to defend why I deleted anything, the OP still has 112 posts!

    All I'm saying is, no matter how much advice you all offered, good bad or ugly, this girl is still going to do what she wants at the end of the day. I don't see why we're beating the issue over the head still.

    what a joke.  there isn't enough bickering and bullying... hell there aren't even enough people ON this board to have a lively conversation 1/2 the time anymore.  opinions are what makes boards entertainly and interesting.  puppies and rainbows put me to sleep.. and apparently i'm not alone since this board is DEAD these days.  grow a set.

    It's so funny how some people try to act so tough on these boards with all of their trash-talking and name-calling!  I'd love to meet some of you face to face on the streets and see just how "tough" you are.  Come down to Elizabeth or Newark anytime after 11 and see how far your mouth will get you.

    Geez!  I don't know why some of you can't just cool it and quit trying to act all "bad-ass" or whatever you're doing.

    so you are calling out people for "acting tough", then proceed to do the same by saying come down to newark or jersey city after 11, so now not only are you the one "acting tough", now you sound ghetto also.

    I don't understand how everyone keeps saying that the board is so lame and not fun anymore. I am a getting married Nov 2010,I come on here for advice and to get reviews. I do not come on here to get ridiculed or to ridicule someone else, I have better things to do with my time. Maybe not that many people come on here anymore because everytime you write a post someone jumps down your throat for something.

    You're only making things worse with your attitude.

    People don't come on anymore mostly just because it's slow. There's not too many new girls that post a lot.  When the board is slow in terms of new posters, us MGs only have so much to come on for. We've stayed around to help out new brides, cause that's what MGs did for us. 

    People like you with your crappy attitudes who get all upset over one "mean" post are why people aren't coming around anymore. People don't feel like they can express their opinions with people acting like cry babies.

    OMG...Let it go already.  This is the crap that people are talking about. 

    If there were no MG's on this board where would you get half of your information from?  We are the ones that have just gone trough it and can give you thoughts and ideas to help you.  We can also give you recommendations that most cannot because a lot of us have worked with many different vendors that you see asked about on this board and can give you a honest opinion.

    If you were around just a year ago this was a totally different board.  It was fun and interesting and there would be 3 pages of posts.  We are lucky now if we get a page...if that.  That is why a lot of people do not come around anymore.  

    Lastly, if you were around a year ago it was a lot worse with what people said on this board and most people took it because they realized in the end how stupid they were acting on something.  Some people did not and they would delete their own posts, but for the most parts people put their "big girl pants on" and took it.  Now you have to be careful what you say because everyone has a stick up their a$$ and cannot take an opinion when it is asked whether they like it or not.

    So, I didn't check, till today, and really only read the first post (why thank you Jersey girl you're making me famous!) as well as the one about coming to Newark and Elizabeth - Miss Jersey chick, MH grew up in Elizabeth, I grew up in Brooklyn, you want to play the "come to the 'ghetto' at 11 pm at night game" I fricken used to buy hot dogs in the middle of the ghetto of Newark at 1 am.  OOHHHHH so scary.  Now go away, you scare no one, you're a lurker with nothing better to do than to come on and be hypocritical.  Want to call me out, fine don't be a hypocrite.

    Connor, you sit here and talk about "come backs" I thought you wanted a nice happy puppy and rainbows board?  Get over it, its a little bit of fun, like KLE said this board is so much more different than it used to be, ask stupid questions, get stupid answers, ask for honest opinions get honest answers.  I don't understand what the issue in seeing that is. 

    All the Brides-to-Be, Married Girls are here TO HELP, a message board is to be (sort of) anonymous, you come on here to get honest opinions and honest help from other people in your situation, or that have been in your place recently.  If you say half the crap that people say on this board to your friends they would coddle you like you were a breast feeding 2 week old, and we DO NOT do that, that is why I respect this board, when I was stupid I was told I was being stupid.

    So, full circle again, get over it, you do not like it go to another board, everyone is here to help whether it makes you "cry" or not.  So just drop the crap already hate whoever you want, just don't bytch when people tell you the TRUTH.

    The million dollar question, If married girls were not on the board, (as stated many times) what would you do? Take advice on vendors from someone who has yet to use them?

    hey Connor, if it wasn't for us MG's, you wouldn't have any advice to get on here.  If you don't like the message boards and how they are run, then why do you come on?  you tell people here to get a life and you are on the same board arguing with the same chicks that you just said are lame for arguing on a board so who looks stupd now?

    Rosanna- You're right I shouldnt go on there level of immaturity. I do come on here to get advice and reviews for my wedding but sometimes the responses I read on other people's post are just so rude and uncalled for. It's okay for everyone to give their opinion on this post now but since noone likes what I have to say everyone is having a big hissy fit about it.

    Connor when you are here long enough like some of us have been, you'll realize why girls get annoyed with people that post.  This is a public forum and there are going to be people that don't agree and people who are going to say how they feel whether people like it or not and a lot of times it's not going to be wrapped in niceness.  Putting down the posters that have helped many brides on the board doesn't make you look good and people on here have met in real life and have become friends outside of the knot so they will defend each other.  New girls don't realize that sometimes.  Stick around observe and you'll realize that the board is more than just asking wedding related questions.
