Just saw your response about somerset hills and figured id just post a new thread since its on the next page. I think the hotel rooms are really nice and I also love the Tap Room. I think its so classy and perfect for an after party. They have live bands on the weekends so your party can keep on going until 2am I believe. They do a really nice job setting up for a wedding and their displays are amazing ( I just went to a bridal show there to see my DJ in action) The chef is a younger guy who apparently take great attention to detail. I can give you more info after my shower on the 7th. Have you spoken to anyone there yet? When are you looking to get married? The outdoor ceremony sight is really pretty too.
