Wedding Officiants

So the wedding officiant is one of the things i have looked into the least, Probably not a good idea since they are pretty important for our wedding but im stuck!  Was hoping i could look to you ladies for any reccomendations of people you have used, are using, or have seen perform a wedding in the area.  I just dont know where to start with this vendor, i feel its kind of awkward.  Also how much do officiants normally run in NJ?  Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is one bendor I would love to knock of my check list.

He's affordable too; was under $500 when we booked him a few months ago.

I'm using Rev Richard Cash - he's great! His website is www.ministerrfcash.com

He's charging us $475 and I did find a few more in that price range but nothing below...

You should probably list what type of officiant your looking for..are you looking for interfaith? Rabbi? Minister? Etc.

We are use Reverend John Graf.  He performs several fatih ceremonies and is a pleasure to work with.  We are paying $500

GiGi-i looked into mitch, he seemed so great! unfortunately he was already booked for our date ..

sgdc- prob a good point, i guess just a minister, it is not a religious ceremony at all so we just need someone to do a basic ceremony very short and to the point

we used Father George Lucey (kottie recommended) and he was amazing!!! Everyone loved the ceremony.We paid $600.
