What colors to put with teal???

My FMIL and I were talking about flowers the other day, and she asked me what kind of flowers and what colors I was thinking of.  And it stumped me.  I have no idea.  The BM are wearing teal...so.  What colors would go good with teal?  I am trying to stay away from too much cream/white.  I LOVE color and lots of it.  Thanks girls!

    Hi!! First of all, congratulations on your upcoming wedding.  My fiance are getting married June 19th 2010.  Like you, my BM are also wearing teal.  It's a rather dark teal.  I thought Purple would look really good with the teal.  It's kind of "masculine meets feminine."  LOL  And I do my own beading, so I am making all of my girls (bridesmaids, junior BM, flower girl, mother, and mother-in-law) jewelry.  I found an awesome crystal color called Indicolite that is as close to teal as your going to get.  So, I am going to incorporate clear crystal, indicolite and amethyst with sterling silver in making my jewelry.  As far as our flowers go, I thought the dyed blue bom orchids looked awesome together with white roses, white stock or white calla lilies.  The blue orchids are a mix of blue, teal and purple.  They are a really pretty flower.  Good luck on your planning!! =)
