Nah. I told DH not to invite him b/c I knew he wouldn't want to go and hang out in AC drinking at a strip club...Not my dad's thing.

I don't think my dad will be going unless they do a golf outing.

My dad, no. My FIL did go, however, and my H's uncle was invited, but didn't go. When my cousin got married a few years ago, her now-H invited my dad (who is my cousin's godfather), but it was just a daytime fishing trip.

he sure did! So did his dad...Our Bach/Bachelorette parties were this weekend - the guys went to dinner at the Pegasus and stayed for horseracing/betting at the meadowlands...my dad and his dad had a great time! Dads loved the limo too of course they didnt stay for the "after party" at our apt w/ the other guys - but they have a fabulous time!On another note - the moms did not go to the bachelorette party - we did wine tasting and dinner - and had the whole winery to ourselves....would def not have been comfy w/ mom there...

I've never heard of anyone I know having any parents at the bachelor/bachelorette parties.

No, because it was a destination bachelor party (in Montreal).  Neither father went.He went to my brother-in-law's though.  I don't think my brother-in-law minded though?  He didn't invite his own father but he invited mine :)

No, but my dad lives in Florida. Had my dad been local I could totally see him wanting to go. He likes to relive his youth ;)

My dad's going to do paintball with them, and I think he's staying 1 night in AC with them.

FI invited my dad and told him to bring a friend, and did the same thing with his dad. They are going skydying (GM only) and then to AC for the night to gamble and drink. The dads will be waiting in AC at the bar for them. FI is not a club person at all, so they plan to stay at the sports bar and casino floor all night. I'm assuming our dads will tire out and head back to the room before the younger crowd.

No. I think that would have been weird for all parties involved.
