Getting Emotional

so my bachelorette party was this weekend - was the greatest...and i started to get emotional all during the day when my girlfriends started arriving....idk why....and yesterday when everyone who stayed over left, i got sad cuz it was all over...my bach party is over and bridal shower is over..and yes i am on cloud 9 b/c ill be getting married to my bfffff in 19days, im just sad....im crying alot now lolim really emotional and didnt cry at all this engagement - when we did the invites, got the dress...no tears...now all the tears...anyone else get emotional closer to the wedding!? is this normal? am i going to be a wreck the day of!? lol

    obviously I'm not there yet, but I def get what you mean.  Sometimes I am SOO anxious for something to come and when it gets here I want to hit the brakes so that it lasts forever.  What helps me is to think about the next step- if the shower and bach party weren't over you wouldn't be able to get to the wedding and when the wedding is all over you have the honeymoon, and when that is over you get to start your lives together....So its normal to get emotional, but try to stay positive and think about the next step!

    i got the chills reading "when the wedding is all over you have the honeymoon, and when that is over you get to start your lives together...."You are exactly right - i really get so anxious and excited and then i crash when its all over...You def nailed it!

    Yes. Yes. And not necessarily. I was really overemotional right before the wedding, crying at the silliest commercials even. But I didn't cry at the wedding; we laughed through most of it.
