I would say A because I'm not really trying to lose weight. But, I do want to tone my arms for the wedding and tone my abs for the HM...all hope is lost for the current beach season.

    a) satisfied with your weight as is - Not reallyb) hoping to change weight just for the wedding - well the wedding has come and gone so that is not happening, but I was happy with were I was for the wedding.  I put on about 10lbs from the wedding just because I have been really lazy.  c) hoping to change weight for non wedding related reasons - Yes, but I need to get up the motivation to get my a** back to the gym on a regular basis like I used to.  You would think St. Thomas in November would be a real good motivation, but ya not so much yet.

Can I say all 3? ;-)In a perfect world, I would love to lose a good chunk o' chunk. I'd like to do this just 'cause, but the idea of slimming down for the most photographed day of my life does hold a strong appeal. I'd love to look h-o-t come 4/17.That said, if it doesn't happen ... well, I'm satisfied. I feel pretty damn cute most days, which is why I find it hard to stay motivated ;-)

    a) satisfied with your weight as is :No b) hoping to change weight just for the wedding: I spent the year before the wedding watching what I ate and working out. I lost about 30 lbs. But I have already gained it back. c) hoping to change weight for non wedding related reasons - I thought after a year of losing weight the right way I would have stuck to it better. But I got lazy. And paid the price.

I'll answer my own post I'm never satisfied with my weight; I'm way over obsessed with my own appearance I definitely wanted to lose 10lbs prior to the wedding and just like Einat thanks to Weight Watchers I accomplished my goal as of last week I would like to lose another 6-8 lbs. and figure I will do it once I get back from the HM...

Isnt it terrible Tiff? I think about it everyday and I'm so beyond disappointed in myself. But I can't seem to get motivated to do anything about it. Uuugh! Frankly I'm so tired of caring about it.

I was only satisfied with my weight once, a few years ago, lol. I am always "trying" to lose weight, wedding or not. Weight aside, I do try to eat better to stay healthy as well.

I am never satisfied with my weight...Lost weight for the wedding...and now...4 months after the wedding I've gained weight and I'm miserable, but I cannot find the motivation to do something about it. UGH!

Well my dress hides everything, but I do want to tone those thighs for the HM c) hoping to change weight for non wedding related reasons? I do want to be healthier and stay at a good weight.

I'm at a healthy weight, but I'd like to lose 10 lbs and tone up.  The older I get the harder it is to keep weight off.  I've gained like 15 pounds in the past couple of years and even though I'm not overweight it bothers me.  I want to lose 10 lbs for the wedding but keep it off afterwards.

I'm with Melissa. I can literally remember one day in my entire life where I was completely satisfied with my weight. I was shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding. I put one on and thought to myself, "This fits you perfectly. Don't lose any weight or it won't look right." That was a bizarre moment. My entire life I was busy trying to lose "a quick five pounds" before every event and for once I didn't feel the need. That was a fleeting moment :)

Are you a) satisfied with your weight as is b) hoping to change weight just for the wedding c) hoping to change weight for non wedding related reasons why? B and C....I put on about 35-40lbs in the past year just b/c I was sick of constantly watching what I ate and exercising non stop, as a result I don't fit in any of my clothes and I feel horrible about myself.I started doing P90X about a month ago and went back to my usual eating habits and I have lost about 10lbs and I feel so much better and am back in the health zone.I want to look amazing in my dress, but I also want to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

I'm with you Tiff, I've always been trying to lose 5 more lbs for something and now I look back at pics from 30lbs ago and I'm like wow I looked good, but I know at the time I thought I needed to lose more weight, what a waste!!
