My wedding venue coordinator hasn't gotten back to me on seathing configurations or the budget for our menu after we changed a few things around. It's been a week and she promised she'd get back to us the next day. Should this bother me? I also want a second tasting for a dish we thought was a little too bland and I know it will be a nightmare getting that done. I'm 2 months away and I know it's supposed to be stressful. When's the drop-dead deadline for making sure the menu and seating are complete?
