FI is going to have a bparty after all. I mentioned the drama to FSIL, who I am close with, who told dad (FIL), who talked to a groomsman (his nephew) and they are going to go out to a ballgame and a bar w/o the best man. I am happy for him :-D

I didn't read the background, but that's great! DH was upset for a while when it looked like he wasn't having a bach party but then some of hsi groomsmen pulled through for him. Of course, he doesn't know it but I was e-mailing them behind the scenes to make sure things were happening. ;-)
