It is indeed! Her name is Taralyn, but we call her Tara or Sweet T. :-) She will be 10 in Feb!!! She is super excited about the wedding. :-) She makes me drawnings of it all the time. :-)

Oh gosh! :O) I am! :-) She is great though! I have known her since she was 5! Robby was never married before, he was 18 and stupid. :-) BUT Tara was totally worth it!

I would like Invisalign, but I heard it's expensive and takes a long time. I want straight up metal braces. I only had them on the top for 2 months when I was younger. I do like the concept of the invisalign though.

Cat - i had braces in my teenage years but they never gave me a retainer so the bottom has slightly shifted and it bothers the crap out of me. i dont want something permanently fixed to my teeth for the wedding but we will see what the orthodontist says.

A woman I work closely with was nearly killed after ANOTHER co-worker (who I also worked closely with) tried to murder her last weekend. Yeah. I found out while I was in Hawaii, that's how bad it was. He apparently got ahold of her keys at work, made a COPY of her house key, and let himself in, in the middle of the night. He always seemed totally normal, with a wife and two young kids at home. Apparently he was obsessed with her. Yesterday was her first day back, and you couldnt even see the whites of her eyes, everything was blood red, from the strangulation, it was awful. Feel so bad for her. We've raised almost $1000 to give to her, for whatever she needs. She is the sweetest person ever, so we're all trying to give her as much support as possible. It's just awful. I know   AND what's even creepier, she thinks he knew she'd be alone (she's a single mom, with the cutest 6 yr old daughter ever) because she was talking about how she (her daughter) was going to a sleepover that weekend..! I work at a Caterpillar dealership in CLT

She is amazing, I tell ya. She keeps saying 'I refuse to live in fear' and she says her daughter is what gave her the strength to fight...

Oh, Katherine! That is awful! I'm glad she is ok and glad that her daughter wasn't there to witness all of that. But I hate that happened to her!

That is nuts.  Thank goodness she is a survivor.  How awful for her!  I can't imagine what they guy's wife and family must be going throught too

OMG Katherine, that is such a crazy story!  And how freaky that it was a co-worker who did that to her.  Can't imagine what your workplace is like right now!  I'm happy to hear that you all have raised some money for her, she definitely deserves it.
